year Business Plan. Your Business Plan is expected to include:

• Five-year development schedule
• Identify primary trade areas
• Identify sites for the initial two-year period

Marketing Plan

• Pricing and Positioning
• Brand Development Strategy
• Promotional Tactics

Financial Plan

• Identification of sources of capital
• Preparation of Pro Forma Financials including cash flow and capital
requirements
• Identification of Key Cost Components

6

Training of Operations Personnel

• Identification of outlet personnel that will attend training

International Master Franchise Application Process

1. Upon successful shortlisting of the Application Form, Asia Arawatt Co., Ltd. provides a preliminary approval via email to proceed to the next step

2. Business Plan submitted by Applicant (Sakamoto Math will review the Business Plan to ensure that it is complete and suitable for this venture. Further information may be requested by Sakamoto Math to further support the Application)

3. Confidentiality documentation executed by both parties

4. Franchise Disclosure document executed by both parties

5. Initial Meeting between Sakamoto Math and prospective Master Franchisee

6. Initial Financial & Legal Documentation provided to prospective Master Franchisee

7. Due Diligence conducted by both parties

8. Master Franchise Agreements (MFA) executed (and deposit paid)

9. Induction/Training Dates confirmed

10. All operational documents supplied and materials to be delivered to center
